I have extensive experience working with young
adults and the unique problems they face with
gender identity, furthering education, career
issues, and separation from family.
As a former academic, I'm familiar with the distinct career
challenges experienced by faculty in higher education.
I have a special understanding of blocked creativity and
other difficulties associated with artistic output, particularly,
in the visual arts and writing.

I welcome adults of all ages.
My publications in applied psychoanalysis in the arts include
the Journal of the American Psychoanalytic Association.
In addition to anxiety- and depression-related issues,
my training involves helping others recover from past
trauma, including suvivors of sexual assault.
